Productize the conversation

From one good chat to a prompt you can run every morning. Connect your AI to Gmail, Calendar, and Drive, then turn a productive conversation into a reusable five-layer prompt.

One chat, rerun every day

Most people have a good conversation with their AI once, get a useful answer, and then start from zero the next day. This session taught attendees to notice the conversations worth keeping — and turn them into structured, reusable prompts. The twist: Sebastian delivered the whole workshop as a prompt, running it through each attendee's chat. They connected Gmail and Calendar, had a real productivity conversation, then productised it into a five-layer reusable prompt (persona, goal, context, format, guardrails) they could run every morning. The back half of the session previewed what's past the prompt — skills, Claude for Chrome, Claude for Excel — and why those replace old automation stacks like N8N.

Tools covered

  • Claude — Anthropic's AI assistant. Pro plan recommended for Google Workspace integrations.
  • ChatGPT — OpenAI's AI assistant. Plus plan recommended for Connected Apps.
  • Built-in connectors — Claude's integrations for Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and more. Connected via OAuth.
  • Claude for Chrome — browser extension; lets Claude read and act on whatever page you're on.
  • Claude for Excel — Excel plugin; knows how to use Excel and how to do financial modelling.
  • Skills — markdown files that encode domain expertise (legal contract review, negotiation, etc.) and install across your agents. skills.sh is the emerging library.
  • Claude Cowork — demoed briefly (and flakily). Positioned as the "do-work" counterpart to Claude's chat. Not every machine can run it yet.
